Job Summary: Professional responsible for consolidating and analyzing data, monitoring KPIs, addressing impact factors, and executing routines to ensure goal achievement and process optimization. Conduct complex analyses and present simplified results Purpose Consolidate and analyze extracted data, monitor KPIs, address impact factors, and execute departmental routines to ensure goal attainment. Responsibilities: * Execute departmental projects and tasks with greater autonomy; * Demonstrate mastery of responsibilities defined for the position; * Maintain market awareness and understanding of our business; * Establish relationships with other departments within the company; * Monitor departmental KPIs; * Conduct ongoing internal alignment with management and report to company departments to ensure tracking and execution of planned activities; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in task execution, ensuring delivery agility and quality; * Conduct high-complexity analyses, organize information logically and structurally, and present results in a simplified manner for management; * Possess intermediate knowledge of the company's analytical tools (Excel / SQL). * Perform data analysis to forecast future demand, adjust production plans, and identify trends that may impact operations * Evaluate and optimize resource utilization, such as storage space, to maximize operational efficiency Prerequisites: * Completed undergraduate degree (postgraduate degree preferred) * Intermediate Excel proficiency; Availability for the second shift (2:10 PM to 10:30 PM) Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Wellhub. * Health and dental insurance * On-site meal allowance * Transportation voucher; * Discount on Americanas products
