Dynamic, challenging, and results-oriented environment **Opportunity at Positivo S\+ — SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST / PMO — Remote \| São Paulo/SP** Positivo S\+ is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to strategically support one of our banking clients, assisting with product implementation initiatives, process mapping, performance tracking, and direct interface with business and technology areas. If you possess an analytical profile, project management experience, and wish to work in a dynamic, challenging, and results-oriented environment, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct needs assessments and technical analyses; * Collaborate with development and testing teams; * Support product implementation and ensure solution and equipment validations and tests; * Monitor post-implementation performance across channels; * Prepare managerial reports, presentations, and strategic analyses; * Adopt a consulting mindset to identify opportunities and propose process improvements for the client. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools (MS Visio and MS Project); * Knowledge of SUSEP regulations; * Ability to prepare managerial reports and presentations; * Prior knowledge of Bradesco's business; * Experience in project management / PMO; * Hands-on experience in product and process implementation; * Experience in functional requirements specification; * Experience in managing sales performance across channels (with focus on telemarketing centers). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Teamwork and strong collaboration skills; * Mature and engaging communication; * Positive attitude toward challenges; * Emotional balance under pressure. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM If you seek an opportunity to directly engage with a major financial sector client, contributing to strategic projects with autonomy, responsibility, and business acumen, apply now and build your career at Positivo S\+!
