Now, we are looking for someone who wants to **mark lives with us!** **Position Mission** Ensure efficiency, organization, and quality in shipping and inventory control processes, guaranteeing that orders are shipped correctly, on time, and with operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Support product finalization according to order confirmations. * Package goods and perform double-checking before shipment. * Enter information into the ERP and tracking systems. * Update inventory, order, freight, and stocktaking data in the system. * Generate shipping labels and ensure correct dispatch of shipments. * Send tracking codes to customers and monitor deliveries until completion. * Monitor logistics incidents and flag deviations or delays. * Support workplace organization and departmental operational processes. * Assist in physical inventory control of raw materials and finished goods in the ERP. * Monitor deliveries with carriers. **Technical Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. * Experience with ERP systems is desirable. * Knowledge of inventory control and operational routines will be considered an advantage. * Familiarity with raw materials and production processes will be an advantage. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and concise communication * Attention to detail * Organization and discipline * Proactivity * Self-leadership * Agility and commitment **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work type: 100% On-site **Additional Information** Availability for overtime, when necessary. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Flexible Meal Voucher (VR or VA) * Health Insurance (100% covered by the company after 60 days) * Dental Insurance (100% covered by the company after 60 days) * Life Insurance * SESI Partnership * PIA – Learning Incentive Program * Longevity Recognition Program * University UNIMAX Partnership * PDI + access to the UDEMY platform * Birthday Day Off * Christmas Bonus Salary: starting from R$2\.632,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
