Job Summary: A professional responsible for issuing and recording invoices, monitoring production, analyzing sales orders, and interfacing with accounting for tax-related routines and tax calculations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in issuing and recording various types of invoices. 2. Responsibility for interfacing with accounting and tax-related routines. 3. Involvement in tax calculation and ancillary tax obligations. Billing/Tax Responsibilities: Issuing electronic sales invoices, future delivery invoices, triangular transactions, import/export invoices, service invoices, consignment invoices, manufacturing invoices, return-of-manufacturing invoices, among others. Recording input invoices: from suppliers, service providers, and customers. (Realflex and Realmix) Supporting control of customer materials held by third parties. Conducting daily monitoring of compound production reports to expedite the invoice issuance process. Verifying with the commercial department whether adjustments to the sales order weight are required. Analyzing reported quantities versus finished product control spreadsheets for issuing manufacturing invoices. Interfacing with the accounting office for accounting routines and reconciliation, organizing and sending relevant physical documents. Performing monthly closing and tax calculations for direct and indirect taxes, issuing ancillary tax reports (SINTEGRA / SPED / DIRF, etc.), generating tax payment slips, executing tasks at public agencies, handling tax substitution, preparing and finalizing tax reports (taxes), fiscal SPED (EFD), and reviewing SINTEGRA when necessary. Issuing Correction Letters when required.
