Located in Taboão da Serra (SP), we produce cast, forged, and machined solutions for heavy vehicle OEMs and the aftermarket. Works in the Casting area, interfacing directly with Occupational Health and Safety, Production, Machining, Quality Control, Maintenance, Sales, Product Engineering, Quality Management System, as well as Customers and Suppliers. Responsible for developing and enhancing robust processes, ensuring production of high-quality cast parts compliant with customer specifications and company guidelines. Focused on continuous pursuit of operational excellence and continuous improvement of processes and products. Also contributes to the technical and behavioral development of teams within its scope of responsibility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare budgets; * Propose and lead process improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects; * Monitor technical/scientific developments related to manufacturing processes; * Develop and deliver technical/operational training; * Coordinate Process Technicians' activities; * Collaborate with the Casting Process Technical Coordinator; * Develop products; * Draft procedures; * Conduct process audits; * Monitor machining of castings; * Apply quality tools; * Reduce scrap, rework, and costs of poor quality; * Disseminate technical knowledge; * Provide support to management teams involved in the Casting Process; * Host customer and external agency audits; * Lead internal or external audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Technical qualification in Casting or Metallurgy; * Molding sand quality control; * Molding using automatic machines; * Controls in automated melting and pouring processes; * Production of gray and ductile cast iron; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Gating system design calculations; * Casting tooling design; * Casting simulation. **Additional Information** **Benefits that make a difference at Cinpal.** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, development, and that of your family**: **PLR (Profit Sharing)** – because we believe in recognizing collective performance.
