Job Summary: Responsible for occupational safety activities, including documentation, training, inspections, risk analysis, and control of PPE and medical examinations, aiming for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Occupational safety and risk prevention 2. Management of training programs, documentation, and PPE 3. Focus on continuous improvement of the work environment * Document control (technical reports, training records, and regulations); * Conducting occupational safety training and onboarding sessions; * CIPA-related activities: inspecting the entire workplace and suggesting and implementing preventive measures; * Risk area analysis; * Participation in training sessions; * Business trips; * Distribution and control of PPE; * Managing medical examination records (ASOs); * Entering information into eSocial; * Maintaining regular contact with occupational safety and medicine services; * Supporting all SESMT activities to continuously improve the work environment. **Requirements** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Word; * Proactive, dynamic, with a sense of urgency and strong public speaking skills; * Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and their updates; * Preferred: Own vehicle * Driver's license: Category B * Availability for flexible working hours.
