Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing transportation, inventory, and team operations to ensure quality and safety in the handling and movement of biological materials and supplies, with emphasis on planning and regulatory compliance. Team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration to optimize processes. **Academic Qualifications:** * **Education:** + Completed undergraduate degree in **Logistics**, **Business Administration**, **Transportation Management**, or related fields. **Technical Requirements:** * + Route planning and fleet management. + Cold chain logistics and transportation of biological materials. + ERP systems and inventory control. + Biosafety regulations and applicable RDCs (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency resolutions). + Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) and BI tools. **Key Responsibilities** * **Transportation Management** + Plan routes and schedules for sample, supply, and material collection and delivery. + Ensure adherence to deadlines and sample integrity (cold chain). * **Inventory Control** + Monitor supply and material levels across units. + Request replenishment and track movements within the ERP system. * **Quality and Safety** + Comply with biosafety and health surveillance regulations (applicable RDCs). + Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling and packaging of materials. * **Team Management** + Organize driver and assistant work schedules. + Train staff on logistical procedures and safety protocols. * **Relationship Management and Communication** + Liaise with units, suppliers, and internal departments (Procurement, Quality). + Address incidents and propose process improvements. **Working Hours:** Business hours, 08:00 \- 18:00
