Main responsibilities: * Schedule and allocate train drivers according to the daily circulation plan; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT), working hour limits and breaks, as well as specific collective bargaining agreements applicable to the category; * Collaborate with traffic controllers and scheduling analysts to anticipate demand and prevent unavailability; * Dispatch and communicate clearly and respectfully with train drivers, ensuring punctuality and adherence to the schedule; * Address and record operational deviations related to shift planning (absences, delays, refusals, driver substitutions, etc.); * Monitor train drivers’ availability in real time, flagging risks to leadership. 2512210202551931532
