Collaborates with local and global stakeholders to foster strong supplier partnerships and contribute to the sustainable development of the supply chain. Responsibilities: * Fulfill procurement demands for the External Manufacturing category; * Lead sourcing processes related to the category, aligned with the company’s strategic and innovation pipeline; * Standardize competitive bidding processes using analytical tools to support decision-making; * Address supply-related issues with stakeholders and suppliers, proactively mitigating risks and escalating potential needs for changes in sourcing strategy to leadership; * Monitor supplier service levels (through Supplier Relationship Management – SRM practices), JDE Peet’s KPI performance, and commercially negotiated contract terms and conditions; * Support and monitor category projects, fostering synergy between suppliers and internal stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Planning, Operations, etc.); * Identify cost-mitigation and cash-leverage opportunities, aligned with the category roadmap; * Ensure accuracy in updating performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in category governance and monitoring forums; * Lead the development of the annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly forecasts, identifying opportunities and driving the pipeline of savings and improvement initiatives; * Understand stakeholder requirements using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodology to maximize value and reduce structural costs; * Manage category-related documents, procedures, and contracts—including renewals, revisions, validity tracking, and risk clauses—in compliance with corporate policies; * Serve as the category focal point in global forums, promoting strategic alignment and ensuring adherence to the Combined Business Model (CBM); * Ensure compliance with internal controls, compliance policies, and internal and external audit requirements. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields; * Extensive experience in Procurement; * Experience managing procurement demand; * Experience with RFXs and contracts; * Strong understanding of cost structure; * Proficiency in SAP and experience with Ariba; * Experience with Category Strategy and SRM; * Experience managing internal controls in Procurement; * Intermediate/Advanced English; * Spanish (a plus); * Willingness to travel (2–3 times per year). **Additional Information** We offer a flexible benefits program, allowing you to customize your benefits according to your life stage and lifestyle.
