




Here, you will be responsible for the following activities: ***Responsibilities*** Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders (confirmation, scheduling, deadlines). Register and update purchase orders in the system. Resolve discrepancies in invoices, amounts, and quantities. Maintain supply, stockout, and inventory spreadsheets. Open and monitor logistics tickets when necessary. Assist in updating the active product mix, costs, and internal codes. Monitor inventory coverage and alert on potential stockouts. Prepare reports and databases to support the team. Maintain contact with suppliers regarding operational matters. Support purchasing analysts with daily tasks. ***Technical Skills*** Intermediate Excel (tables, filters, VLOOKUP is a plus). Organization and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
