Job Summary: A professional responsible for the development, review, and updating of product projects, from concept through implementation, ensuring technical alignment. Key Highlights: 1. A Human Resources consulting firm is seeking a Product Development Analyst in Itu (Cidade Nova). **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the development, review, and updating of product projects, from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with the company’s technical, production, and commercial requirements. Prepare and modify 2D and 3D technical drawings using software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, ensuring standardization, accuracy of information, and compliance with applicable technical standards. Define, analyze, and review product technical specifications—including material selection, grammage, dimensions, and other characteristics—with a focus on quality, performance, and production feasibility. Assess and analyze raw material and input costs in collaboration with suppliers, supporting economic feasibility studies and project cost optimization. Participate in technical and production feasibility studies, evaluating manufacturing processes, proposing improvements and solutions to ensure operational efficiency and final product quality. Support the development and organization of industrial layouts, including equipment placement, production flows, and space optimization, aiming to improve productivity and reduce waste. Participate in defining product packaging and handling—including organizing bottles into boxes, sizing, and logistical suitability—to ensure integrity, safety, and efficiency during transportation and storage. Provide technical support to internal departments—especially in labeling and product decoration processes—ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and aligned with technical and regulatory requirements. Previous experience as a Product Innovation Specialist, Product Development Coordinator, Product Researcher, or Product Project Manager may indicate affinity with some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
