Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment, as well as controlling and operating the WWTP, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Performs corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on equipment 2. Controls and operates the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) 3. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards · Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment; · Lubricate machines, components, and tools according to technical specifications; · Assess operational conditions and performance of components; · Open and close work orders; · Supervise third-party service providers; · Organize the workplace, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; · Train, guide, and evaluate operator performance; · Establish clear communication (oral and written) to streamline workflow; · Comply with and ensure implementation of quality and occupational safety procedures; · Control and operate the WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant); · Start up and shut down industrial equipment; · Manage chemical supply for industrial utilities; · Monitor and ensure proper cleaning of utility equipment; · Perform maintenance on components, machines, and industrial equipment; · Lubricate mechanical systems according to technical specifications; · Evaluate operational conditions and component performance; · Document technical information and record interventions performed; · Comply with and enforce quality procedures and good practices; · Strictly apply occupational safety and environmental regulations; · Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the role; · Commit to Norac’s policies, standards, and procedures, as well as its Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Ethics, dedicating oneself fully to performing duties responsibly, both in the presence and absence of immediate supervisors; · Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
