About the opportunity: Area: FP\&A Level: Junior / Mid-level Employment Type: CLT Location: Alphaville, Barueri \- SP **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze management reports and financial KPIs, ensuring monitoring of actual vs. planned performance; * Update and consolidate executive materials, including presentations for the Executive Board and Board of Directors; * Monitor and analyze Opex and Capex expense dashboards, based on system data and managerial adjustments; * Develop and track the company’s annual budget; * Update financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet); * Design and automate management reports, focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement (Power BI); * Support the development of financial analyses and performance presentations; * Ensure budgetary control, guaranteeing expense adherence to the planned budget. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Expected Professional Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of standard financial procedures; * Intermediate knowledge of accounting and financial management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint); * Experience with Power BI is considered a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency (a plus); **Additional Information** **What the company offers:** * Competitive benefits package aligned with market standards * Structured environment focused on professional development * Job stability \+ professional challenges **Confidentiality** All applications will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
