The program lasts 15 months, includes theoretical training delivered by ESPRO, and offers potential for permanent employment based on performance. **Requirements** * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed high school or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies (administrative or related fields); * No prior experience as a Young Apprentice; * Responsible, organized profile with strong interest in learning.
