We are hiring a Doorman to manage access control and security within the condominium premises. We seek an attentive, responsible professional with excellent public service demeanor for managing entry and exit of people and vehicles. **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and vehicles. * Record entries and exits. * Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems (CCTV). * Ensure safety and order on-site. * Comply with and enforce internal regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role (preferred). * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with access control systems. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and attentiveness. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Work Schedule:** 12x36\. **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2\.031,57\. * SCHEDULE: 12X36 NIGHT SHIFT * Meal Voucher (VR): R$ 26.03 per day * Food Allowance (VA): R$ 205.91 * Transportation Voucher (VT): * Night Shift Bonus (PBP): R$ 110.00 * Profit Sharing (PLR): R$326.04 (paid in two installments) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$2\.031,57 per month Work Location: On-site
