Main Responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, employees, and service providers. * Identify and register visitors. * Verify identification documents when necessary. * Authorize access according to internal regulations. * Control entry and exit of vehicles. * Record incidents in logbooks, systems, or spreadsheets. * Monitor security cameras (CCTV). * Receive and forward correspondence and packages. * Notify responsible personnel or supervisors in case of suspicious situations. * Ensure compliance with condominium or company regulations. * Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in customer service. * Conduct patrols upon request. * Manage keys and equipment under your responsibility.
