Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling and organizing inventory, conducting inventories, registering materials, and managing item receipt. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and organization 2. Inventory management and material registration 3. Receiving and organizing materials **Inventory Control** · Monitor material inflows and outflows in the system. · Record material movements in the ERP system. · Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. · Support replenishment of critical materials. · Track maintenance material consumption. **Inventory** · Conduct rotating inventories. · Support overall warehouse inventories. · Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records. · Support investigation and correction of stock discrepancies. **Material Registration** · Create material registrations in the system. · Standardize item descriptions. · Ensure no duplicate registrations exist. · Update units of measure and material categories. **Material Receipt** · Verify received materials against invoices and purchase orders. · Register material receipts in the system. · Report delivery discrepancies to the responsible department. · Organize received materials in the warehouse. **Warehouse Organization** · Maintain material organization and identification. · Support definition of stock location addressing. · Ensure materials are stored correctly. · Support improvement of warehouse organization. **Administrative Activities Related to Inventory** · Manage invoices for materials and services · Generate material requisitions and purchase orders · Support control of materials used in CAPEX and OPEX. · Track material consumption by cost center. · Support control of materials for service orders. · Generate material consumption reports. · Support control of critical maintenance materials.
