Job Summary: Equipment repair and maintenance analyst responsible for diagnostics, testing, and technical support, with a focus on service organization and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in installation of new equipment and material control **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed high school education; technical courses in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, or related fields are desirable; \- Prior experience in equipment maintenance (e.g., washing machines, extractors, vacuum cleaners) is considered a plus; \- Availability for travel, when necessary, to support technical assistance networks and customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Analyze product defects and diagnose issues; assist in disassembly, replacement, and reassembly of parts and components; \- Conduct functional tests and analyze equipment performance after repairs, while maintaining a clean and organized workplace; \- Support sorting and control of parts, tools, and materials used in services; provide assistance in installing new equipment when required; \- Record service information, performed tasks, and materials used in reports or internal systems; \- Assist in collecting and delivering equipment or parts to customers and suppliers, where applicable.
