Advantages: knowledge of marketplaces and negotiation techniques. **Job Description – Customer Service** **Department:** Customer Service **Position:** Customer Service Assistant / Customer Support Representative **Location:** AutoEquip / Itu, SP **Employment Type:** CLT **Schedule:** Full-time **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer service via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person when necessary; * Deliver information regarding products, services, deadlines, and company processes; * Record and track customer requests, orders, complaints, and inquiries; * Forward requests to responsible departments, ensuring timely responses; * Maintain up-to-date system records of all customer interactions; * Support administrative tasks related to the department; * Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (college enrollment preferred); * Prior experience in customer service; * Organized, proactive, and courteous; * Strong verbal and written communication skills – proper use of the Portuguese language; **Advantages** * Knowledge of marketplaces (Mercado Livre, B2W, Magalu, and Shopee) is a plus; * Experience in persuasion and negotiation techniques is advantageous for this role. * Experience providing customer service via WhatsApp; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
