After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare the area where construction services will be performed. * Clean the construction site, removing debris and obsolete materials. * Organize necessary tools and equipment. * Delimit work areas as instructed by the mason or supervisor. * Assist in preparing and distributing materials used on site. * Prepare bedding mortars, rendering mortars, and concrete according to instructions. * Sort bricks, blocks, cement, sand, and other supplies. * Transport bricks, cement bags, tools, and other items. * Assist in receiving and storing materials. * Directly assist the mason in various civil construction tasks. * Support the assembly of temporary fencing and protective barriers. * Maintain a clean work area throughout the day and after completion of activities. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies, including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education (Mandatory). **Worth noting:** Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education for Youth and Adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * On-site dental clinic.
