A culture of simplicity and support for growth **LEO MADEIRAS IS HIRING!** ================================== **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** ------------------------- * Support performance analysis and result tracking for financial products; * Assist in developing pricing models for new and existing products; * Contribute to controlling and forecasting results (revenue, costs, margin, and KPIs); * Prepare supporting materials and presentations for decision-making; * Participate in financial feasibility analyses for new projects; * Monitor financial operation KPIs and support process improvement suggestions. *(Here, it's fast-paced, hands-on, and results-driven!)* **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Basic knowledge of corporate finance and/or managerial accounting; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in finance, data analytics, or consulting roles; * Familiarity with Quicksight, Power BI, or Looker Studio; * Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools; * Interest in fintechs and innovation in payment methods.
