Teamwork and good communication #### **Responsibilities** * Assist in organizing and archiving physical and digital documents, ensuring traceability and integrity of information. * Provide administrative support for daily office routines, including telephone reception and meeting scheduling. * Support the team in preparing simple spreadsheets and presentations using office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. * Distribute internal and external correspondence, ensuring delivery to correct recipients. * Collaborate in maintaining workplace organization, following company guidelines and standards. * Participate in internal training sessions and workshops to develop new skills and knowledge. * Support office supply inventory control, requesting replenishment when necessary. #### **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in high school * Age between 18 and 24 years, per the Apprentice Program legislation. * Availability to fulfill the established working hours for the apprenticeship program. * Basic computer literacy and Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Proactivity and willingness to learn new tasks and processes. * Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. * Organization and attention to detail. #### **Skills** * Microsoft Word * Microsoft Excel (Basic) * Microsoft PowerPoint (Basic) * File Organization * Written Communication * Telephone Reception * Time Management (Basic) * Proactivity * Teamwork ### **Employment Type:** Apprentice ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance ### **Department:** Administrative
