Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies; * Conduct SST diagnostics within the organization; * Identify control variables related to occupational diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; * Integrate negotiation processes; * Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; * Investigate and analyze workplace accidents; * Recommend preventive and control measures; * Directly consolidate Business Unit (B.U.) data. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety (with active registration, if applicable); * Prior experience with administrative routines and SST data analysis; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced); * Strong communication skills for interaction with leadership and support departments; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel. **Additional information** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance (VT) or Mobility Assistance; * Health insurance plan — Unimed Nacional; * Dental assistance — Bradesco; * Life insurance; * Daycare assistance (for mothers); * Maternity kit; * Total Pass.
