Job Summary: Assist in food preparation and assembly, cleaning and organization, following supervisory instructions, within a diverse and inclusive team. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items. 2. Wash and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 3. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your direct supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in food assembly; wash and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Wash and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of your direct supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
