Dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth Job Description: **The** 6P Condo**, a digital bank specialized in** condominiums**, is looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our **Technology and Business Intelligence** team. We seek an analytical, curious, and eager-to-learn professional who enjoys working with numbers, data, and technology — contributing to generating actionable insights that support decision-making across various company departments. **Responsibilities:** * Support **data collection, processing, and organization** from multiple areas (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Technology); * **Update and maintain dashboards and reports** (using Power BI and similar tools); * **Assist in integrating and cross-referencing information** across different systems and data sources; * Participate in developing **analytical presentations and reports**, including conclusions and recommendations; * Support the **identification and definition of KPIs**, and the development of monitoring dashboards; * Collaborate with the team to **identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities**. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in **Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or related fields**; * **Advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, formulas, charts); * **Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools**; * **Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset**; * Strong communication skills and interest in learning about data analysis and automation; **Benefits:** * Fully company-sponsored health insurance * WellHub (formerly GymPass) * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * Performance bonus * Dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Employment type:** CLT **Compensation:** R$6.500,00 – R$6.800,00 per month **Monday to Friday** If you match this profile and are seeking professional growth, send us your resume and join our team!
