**Main responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation (cutting, cleaning and organizing ingredients); * Support the chef in preparing dishes according to the establishment’s standards; * Clean and organize the kitchen, utensils and equipment; * Sanitize food, countertops, dishes and work areas; * Assist in controlling and storing supplies; * Follow hygiene, food safety and good practices regulations; * Support inventory organization and goods receiving; * Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace. **Desired qualifications:** * Previous experience as a kitchen assistant (preferred); * Agility, organization and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability for flexible hours, if required.
