Headquartered in São Paulo city, Seconci\-SP operates 12 additional outpatient units across the State of São Paulo, providing medical outpatient care, dental services, diagnostic tests, and complementary and support services. **INTEGRATED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT** Beyond providing assistance to civil construction workers, for over 25 years Seconci\-SP has advised companies across all sectors/segments on integrated occupational health and safety (OHS) management. It employs experienced and highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, as well as specialists widely recognized in the market.
