Analyze management reports and monitor key performance indicators Barueri \- SP On-site 1 Position Effective \- CLT Supervisor Full time **Job: Billing Supervisor** Location: Barueri – SP Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM \| Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a **Billing Supervisor** to work with a focus on private healthcare networks, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency of billing processes. This professional will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring all billing stages comply with applicable regulations and current contracts. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the billing team * Review and approve invoices * Ensure process compliance (with emphasis on private networks) * Analyze and prepare management reports * Monitor departmental KPIs * Supervise the issuance of fiscal invoices * Ensure adherence to contractual rules with health plans and operators **Requirements** * Experience in billing, preferably in private healthcare * Knowledge of coding systems: **SIGTAP, SUS, AMB, CBHPM, TISS, TUSS**, among others * Familiarity with healthcare legislation and contracts with operators * Proficiency in billing systems **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Medical and Dental Plan (Amil) * Tuition Assistance * TotalPass * SESC Partnership * **Inclusion** This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
