If you are driven by technical challenges, seek real impact, and want to contribute to a more sustainable energy future, join those who are revolutionizing offshore! **Responsibilities and duties** Promote standardization of project and program management processes · Assist in defining and implementing project and program management methods and best practices · Create initial project schedules based on input (commercial) information. · Assist coordinators in detailing schedules and allocating resources. · Keep the human resources roster updated. · Monitor and control adherence to the scope, schedule, and budget forecast for projects, reporting deviations. · Ensure constant updates of program status with project and program coordinators. · Conduct planning meetings with Engineering and Operations teams. · Identify issues and risks during meetings and updates and report them to supervisors. · Assist in managerial communication with clients regarding project progress. · Create and monitor project management indicators. · Act in accident prevention and environmental preservation, collaborating with basic industrial safety and hygiene guidelines to protect people’s physical integrity and equipment, industrial facilities, and the environment during operation or execution of services within SIMEROS’ areas of responsibility; · Contribute to the Quality Management System to ensure its effectiveness through compliance with standards, work instructions, and procedures applicable to your activities; · Be familiar with the quality policy and its objectives, and the implications of nonconformance with requirements; · Know the performance indicators of your area. **Requirements and qualifications** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * English language knowledge * MS Project knowledge
