Data analysis, KPIs, OKRs, and presentation development Description: * Completed university degree; * Experience in retail process improvement and operations; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI; * Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), agile methodologies, SCRUM \- Kanban, etc., are considered advantageous; * Experience in data analysis, KPIs, OKRs, and flowcharts. * Conduct store visits to map processes and generate improvements; * Actively participate in squads and working groups to contribute to the development of strategic projects; * Monitor and measure in-store processes; * Develop presentation materials for projects, status reports, and results; * Generate analyses based on data collected from projects, initiatives, pilots, etc.; * On-site monitoring of pilots, PoCs, MVPs, and tests, including alignment, adjustments, and reporting to leadership; * Interface with business areas related to projects and pilots; * Liaise with suppliers of inputs, materials, etc.; * Actively engage in departmental matters to support the team; * Enhance and contribute to our operations with every store visit. 2512120202501743350
