**Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal price, delivery time, and quality conditions. * Issue purchase orders and monitor their approval process. * Track delivery deadlines and ensure materials are received as requested. * Maintain and update supplier and purchased item records. * Resolve delivery-related issues, such as invoice discrepancies, delays, or non-conforming products. * Prepare purchasing reports and departmental performance indicators. * Comply with company purchasing policies and internal regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferably with technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields). * Prior experience in procurement. * Proactivity. * Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and negotiation capability.
