Job Summary: Seeking a professional to support the implementation and delivery of comprehensive technical training, ensuring practical guidance and skill application for employee professional development. Achieve extraordinary things by joining our team and make a difference in your professional development, your community, and around the world!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support implementation of the BOE Technical Training Pillar at the plant, aligned with strategic training objectives. * Deliver and facilitate comprehensive technical training, ensuring practical guidance and on-the-job skill application. * Partner with plant leaders, instructors, and HR to ensure a continuous training process, including for new hires. * Guide and support instructors in effectively delivering hands-on training (*on the job*). * Conduct assessments and observations to measure employee competence and proficiency. * Manage training records, tasks, and completions, ensuring accurate documentation in the LMS and eDMS. * Collaborate with SMEs to develop/update work instructions and monitor training metrics for continuous improvement and alignment with KPIs. **What We’re Looking For:** **Required:** * Education: Completed technical education. * Experience executing technical training activities, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Experience implementing Training Programs: Delivering technical training, learning methodologies, and instructional design of technical programs (development of training materials/content). * Ability to assess technical tasks, collaborate, and communicate effectively. **Preferred:** * Training Systems Knowledge: Experience with training software (LMS, eDMS) and ability to track and report KPIs (a plus). * English: Intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills in English (a plus). **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Itupeva/SP * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM / Friday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
