Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com **Position Description:** We seek an analytical, continuous-improvement-oriented professional to optimize and automate payroll-related processes. This person will be responsible for identifying efficiency gains, standardizing routines, and implementing automated solutions—contributing to greater agility, reliability, and scalability of operations. **Key Responsibilities:** Map, analyze, and propose improvements to payroll processes; Develop and automate operational spreadsheets and controls; Create standardized templates to ensure consistency and efficiency; Implement automations using Excel (macros/VBA) and other tools; Develop managerial dashboards and reports (Power BI); Work on workflow integration and optimization; Explore and apply AI-powered automation solutions where applicable; Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** Advanced Excel (including macros and VBA); Experience in process automation; Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard and analytics creation; Analytical ability and continuous-improvement mindset; **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis; Experience with Power Automate or other RPA tools; Hands-on experience with AI-driven automations; Knowledge of system integration.
