If you value caring for Brazilians and want to grow with Caixa Vida e Previdência, the doors are open. **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Junior Facilities Analyst, you will be responsible for:** **Infrastructure:** * Conduct periodic inspections to verify the proper condition of facilities and report any failures. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely and standard-compliant execution. * Record and track service orders in the ticketing system. * Oversee and monitor services delivered by third-party suppliers. * Assist in managing inventory of materials and equipment required for company infrastructure. **Performance Indicators:** * Collect departmental performance indicators. * Execute access control procedures. * Execute Facilities processes as described in internal company manuals. * Respond to internal employee requests related to Facilities services and provide support in resolving specific infrastructure and workplace issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Certifications in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of building infrastructure management. * Fundamental understanding of facility systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. * Basic proficiency in management tools. **Additional Information** **These are our benefits:** **Profit Sharing** After achieving targets, we earn an additional payment, right? **Flexible Working Hours** You may arrive between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and leave between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. **Meal and Food Allowance** One card for groceries and another for meals with coworkers.
