On-site work model; \- Work location: Paulista Avenue region \- São Paulo/SP; or Faria Lima **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Kotlin; \- Design and evolve RESTful APIs and system integrations; Participate in defining and evolving microservice architectures; Perform analysis, bug fixes, and implementation of evolutionary improvements; Ensure development best practices, application quality, and performance; Develop unit tests and support automation initiatives; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, QA, and product; Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions; Support continuous improvement of processes and applications. **Requirements:** Solid experience in Java and Kotlin development; Knowledge of RESTful API design; Experience with microservice architecture; Experience with Spring ecosystem frameworks; Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; Experience with messaging systems and integrations; Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices; Experience with unit testing and code quality best practices; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; Proactive, organized, and analytical mindset. **Desirable / Differentiating Qualifications:** Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Knowledge of observability and monitoring; Experience in high-availability environments; Background in the financial sector; Knowledge of agile methodologies.
