Job Summary: The AI/ML Architect will serve as the Technical Leader of the new artificial intelligence team, responsible for architecting, developing, and integrating GenAI, LLMs, and autonomous agent solutions. It features proprietary software and emphasizes technologies that enhance security and well-being. **About the Position** The AI/ML Architect will be the **Technical Leader** of the new artificial intelligence team, responsible for architecting, developing, and integrating GenAI, LLMs, and autonomous agent solutions into the company's ecosystem. **. Key Responsibilities** **Architecture, Integration, and Development** * Design and oversee the technical architecture of complex systems integrating AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents. * Ensure software quality, performance, and maintainability by defining architectural standards and best practices. * Ensure TypeScript/Node.js APIs and microservices are scalable, secure, and integrated with vector databases, message queues, and WebSockets. * Validate and optimize GenAI data infrastructure, including RAG workflows and pipelines. * Make technical decisions regarding tools, frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and cloud providers. **Technical Leadership** * Provide technical leadership to the AI/ML team, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and remove blockers. * Collaborate with international partners, requiring fluent English. * Align engineering decisions with product goals and cloud infrastructure strategy. **General** * Participate from PoCs through production deployment and monitoring. * Write critical code segments. Evaluate emerging AI technologies to add business value. **Required Qualifications** * Proven experience in architecture of complex systems and high-scale software engineering. * Advanced/fluent English (reading and speaking). * Practical experience with TypeScript/Node.js or robust backend/AI technology stacks. * Proficiency in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI agent architecture. * Experience with Git, CI/CD, and continuous delivery. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Leader, or Software Architect. * Production-deployed AI/ML projects. * Hands-on experience with GCP and Vertex AI. * Certifications in Software Architecture or AI.
