This position focuses on operational management: team organization, project monitoring, and ensuring high-quality delivery within established timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Experience in people management Experience in construction or installation administration Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic installations Driver's License Category B **Engineering** * Lead the engineering team comprising design engineers and technical assistants * Ensure technical quality of designs and interdisciplinary coordination * Organize team workloads, deadlines, and deliverables * Standardize processes and improve operational efficiency **Construction Management** * Coordinate fire suppression construction projects * Lead field teams (approximately 7 team members) * Monitor project schedules and progress * Address technical and operational issues * Ensure installation quality, safety, and regulatory compliance * Manage material control on construction sites Mandatory Requirements * Completed bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Proven experience in: Construction management Team management * Knowledge of: Fire suppression systems Hydraulic installations Electrical installations for fire protection Desirable Qualifications * Experience with fire protection system installations (hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, etc.) * Familiarity with technical standards and Fire Department requirements * Experience in schedule control and productivity management
