You will play a strategic role in implementing workflows, systems, and control routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and legal security from the beginning of operations. Responsibilities Support the implementation and standardization of controller processes. Configure and implement legal process management systems. Monitor legal deadlines and organize digital/physical databases. Create manuals, checklists, and operational workflows. Support lawyers and technical teams in updating case information. Monitor performance indicators, suggesting continuous improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields. Knowledge of legal process management systems and advanced Excel skills. **Desirable:** Certification in Legal Controller practices and experience in implementing legal systems.
