Only education transforms! **As a Senior IT Analyst – IT Infrastructure, your challenges will include:** Monitoring SLA compliance, alerting on deviations, and proactively addressing recurring or structural issues; Participating in internal and external meetings, committees, and executive presentations, supporting leadership with structured materials and analyses.
