Job responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal and external users, install and configure software and hardware, diagnose and resolve failures, as well as maintain IT infrastructure and equipment functioning properly. Responsibilities include handling service tickets, creating technical documentation, monitoring networks and ensuring information security, working under supervision and solving simpler issues within the area. Main Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide on-site and/or remote technical support to users via tools, chat, and phone, and resolve incidents. Maintenance and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, hardware, and devices. Fault Diagnosis: Identify and resolve hardware, network, and software failures. Infrastructure Management: Monitor local networks, manage network services, and ensure IT infrastructure security. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and equipment inventory control. Ticket Management: Register, track, and meet ticket deadlines, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Monitoring: Monitor the operation of computers, systems, networks, and work tools. Guidance and Training: Guide and train users in the use of company technologies and resources. What the position requires: Education: Completed or ongoing higher education in technology-related fields such as Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or IT Management. Skills: Knowledge in solving technical problems, ability to work under direct supervision and in teams, and good communication skills.
