An information technology services company is hiring a Junior Infrastructure Analyst in Barueri (Alphaville). Escalate incidents/requests that cannot be resolved within SLAs. Record relevant ticket information per internal procedures. Maintain constant communication with leaders and managers regarding demand progress. Ensure all tickets are updated until final resolution. Comply with global IT policies and industry best practices. Interact with Capgemini support teams and third-party vendors as needed. Perform installation, configuration, and customization of PCs. Conduct hardware and software maintenance and support. Resolve PC-related incidents, including VIP support. Support the Site Security Officer (SSO) on IT security matters and audits. Support the global Server team during maintenance activities. Create and maintain documentation related to the IT environment.
