




**About the Team** ---------------- On Pilar’s Technology team, you will be a key player in ensuring that all company departments have the tools, access, and infrastructure needed to work efficiently and securely. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Manage and grant access to systems, tools, and platforms used across different company departments. * Conduct onboarding for new employees, including notebook setup, account creation, and assignment of necessary permissions to begin work. * Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, networks, and internal systems). * Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues, ensuring responsiveness and a positive experience for internal users. * Maintain equipment inventory (notebooks, peripherals, licenses, etc.), ensuring organization and traceability. * Support offboarding processes, including access deactivation and equipment retrieval when required. * Document IT processes, workflows, and best practices, contributing to standardization and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers, as applicable. * Uphold information security by adhering to internal policies and IT best practices. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in IT support, service desk, or similar roles. * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS). * Familiarity with access management, permissions, and corporate tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.). * Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and troubleshooting. * Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people from diverse departments and technical backgrounds. * Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Prior experience in startups or technology companies. * Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Freshservice). * Basic knowledge of information security and compliance best practices. * Experience with process automation or simple scripting. * Hands-on experience with cloud environments and device management.
