Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and improvement projects **What We’re Looking For:** =================== An Infrastructure Analyst for hybrid work, focused on in-person support for local infrastructure, ensuring environment availability, security, and performance. The role involves user support under defined SLAs, troubleshooting, and continuous IT operations support, with close collaboration with product and development teams. **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Provide in-person user support, handling incidents, service requests, and hardware/software issues per defined SLA; * Administer Windows and macOS endpoints; * Manage devices using tools such as Intune and/or Jamf; * Administer identities and access using Azure AD / Entra ID; * Verify and support implementation of security and compliance policies; * Perform troubleshooting for incidents and conduct root cause analysis; * Support infrastructure projects and initiatives to improve the environment; * Manage IT assets and maintain IT inventory; **Requirements and Qualifications:** =============================== * Experience providing in-person user support in corporate environments; * Knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint administration; * Experience managing devices via Intune and/or Jamf; * Experience administering identities and access with Azure AD / Entra ID; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of security and compliance policies; * Ability to troubleshoot and analyze infrastructure issues; * Proactivity, dedication, and commitment to delivery quality; **Preferred Qualifications:** ================= * Experience working closely with product and development teams; * Participation in continuous IT environment improvement projects; * Experience managing assets in structured environments; **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and collaborates effectively in their responsibilities; * Is courageous enough to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into creative solutions and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong problem-solving skills; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and managing their own time; * Is interested in addressing challenging and innovative technological situations.
