Hardware and Network Analyst (IT Support)

Here, your work directly impacts team productivity and the quality of delivered services. * Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, networks, and peripherals. * Assemble, configure, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on computers. * Install and configure operating systems and basic software. * Monitor local area network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and assist in resolving incidents. * Organize inventory of equipment and network assets. * Log support tickets, document solutions, and update the knowledge base. * Support IT infrastructure improvement projects. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience (internship or CLT/PJ) in hardware and network support. * Knowledge of PC assembly, formatting, and configuration. * Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, cabling). * Familiarity with Windows (client) and remote access tools. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and user-focused service orientation. * Availability for PJ contract during business hours. **Preferred qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (completed or in progress). * Basic knowledge of Linux and monitoring tools. * Experience with Active Directory (AD), security policies, and backup solutions. * Entry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, networking courses). * Experience in multi-branch environments or remote support.
