




We are seeking a strategic professional responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and controlling activities related to the maintenance, renovation, expansion, and conservation of the organization’s buildings. This role ensures that physical facilities are adequate, safe, functional, and compliant with technical standards, legal regulations, and internal quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and oversee construction projects, renovations, and structural modifications at branches, administrative units, and other company facilities; * Conduct periodic technical inspections to identify needs for preventive and corrective maintenance; * Prepare technical reports, assessments, expert opinions, and construction execution schedules; * Manage contracts and service providers for building maintenance (civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, physical IT infrastructure, among others); * Supervise service execution, ensuring compliance with designs, technical standards (ABNT/NBR), budgets, and deadlines; * Monitor construction measurements, delivery validations, and financial control of contracts under their responsibility; * Ensure application of occupational safety standards, accessibility requirements, fire prevention measures, and occupancy standards; * Support processes for opening new units, physical relocations, and structural revitalizations; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (SLAs, costs, response time, and physical infrastructure availability); * Maintain updated inventory of building infrastructure, architectural blueprints, and maintenance records; * Propose structural improvements to enhance facility efficiency, safety, and sustainability; * Willingness to travel. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, Facilities Management, or related fields; **Additional Information** **Technical Requirements:** * Knowledge of applicable standards and legislation (NRs, NBRs, Building Code, Fire Prevention and Protection Plan [PPCI], accessibility regulations, etc.); * Experience overseeing construction projects, building maintenance, and supplier management; * Proficiency in support tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and maintenance management systems (CMMS); * Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, plumbing, and structural drawings; * Experience preparing and analyzing budgets, descriptive specifications, and construction schedules. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and ability to simultaneously manage multiple demands; * Attention to detail and critical posture in technical analysis; * Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers, internal departments, and senior management; * Proactivity and problem-solving focus; * Rigor regarding deadlines, standards, and quality criteria; * Ability to work collaboratively and lead joint initiatives; * Organization, results orientation, and sense of urgency; * Empathy—understanding in order to serve; * Willingness to travel; * Must preferably reside in Palmas/TO. **Pleasure to meet you—we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution.
