At COMDARPE, your mission will be to enhance the efficiency and availability of our fleet (excavators, motor graders, pavers, and trucks) through intelligent management and data analysis. **Your Mission** You will serve as the strategic cornerstone for data analysis and maintenance planning, implementing preventive and predictive practices that ensure maximum asset performance, cost reduction, and extended equipment lifespan. You will act as the bridge between technical execution and management, transforming data into decisions. **What We Seek (Competencies)** Analytical Profile: Proficiency in telematics and indicator analysis (MTBF, MTTR, Costs). Strategic Vision: Scheduling planning to minimize machine downtime. Influential Leadership: Ability to guide the mechanical team and engage with leadership. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel injection systems in heavy machinery. Technological Proficiency: Experience with CMMS/ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and Power BI. **Key Responsibilities** Planning: Optimize maintenance plans according to manufacturer manuals and site requirements. Failure Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring failures. Resource Management: Optimize spare parts inventory and manage operational costs. Continuous Improvement: Implement technologies (sensing) and standardized procedures (SOPs). Safety and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR12\, and waste management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
