Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide safe, comprehensive, and humanized care to critically ill patients, adhering to institutional policies; * Carry out the steps of Nursing Care Systematization (e.g., verifying nursing prescriptions and documenting nursing notes); * Prepare patients for examinations and treatments; * Identify urgent or emergency situations early and promptly notify nurses and physicians; * Observe, recognize, describe signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the nurse; * Operate and program equipment used for monitoring vital parameters and infusing medications or nutritional solutions; * Perform fluid balance assessments; * Comply with Technical Clinical Protocols; * Identify and forward laboratory test samples according to established routines; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed Nursing Technician course; * Active COREN\-SP registration; **Additional Information** Work Location: CHS Sorocaba Working Hours 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12\-hour shifts with 36\-hour rest periods) Benefits * Meal Voucher * On\-site Cafeteria * Transportation Voucher * Childcare Assistance * Group Life Insurance Partnerships * Education Incentive / Universities * Pharmacies * SESC and Gympass Seconci\-SP \- Social Service of the Civil Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo \- is a nonprofit philanthropic organization founded in March 1964 by a group of entrepreneurs from the construction sector to serve construction workers and their families. Headquartered in the state capital, Seconci\-SP operates 12 additional outpatient units across the State of São Paulo, delivering medical outpatient care, dental services, diagnostic tests, and complementary and support services. **INTEGRATED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT** Beyond providing care to construction workers, Seconci\-SP has, for over 25 years, advised companies across all sectors and segments on integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management. It employs experienced, highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, as well as specialists widely recognized in the market. It assumed responsibility for managing health facilities in partnership with the State and Municipality of São Paulo.
