Manage the area's activities regarding the storage of patient records, as well as control of information contained therein, in order to support medical research, data collection, and statistical tabulation of diagnoses, resulting in scientific work that will benefit patients and the population.
**Responsibilities and duties**

**Job Description**
Ensure that Analysis Reports are delivered on time and efficiently, meeting customer expectations. Communicate to customers the quality values of the services offered by Eurofins.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure that Analysis Reports are transmitted via LIMS accurately and within the timeframe expected by the client;
* Support clients throughout the analysis process, from sample receipt to report issuance;
* Promote accessibility and efficient use of the online sample registration and reporting system;
* Provide technical clarifications regarding applied methodologies, possibly comparing different analytical protocols and assisting with result interpretation. Ensure all quality aspects of the analysis are demonstrated if a result is questioned;
* Participate in marketing and sales initiatives, attending technical committee meetings organized by food industry representatives or government agencies;
* Collaborate with the sales team on new projects requiring critical assessment of required service levels and the laboratory's capacity to perform analyses to meet customer demand. Efficiently utilize all available laboratory service levels to maximize project productivity and profitability;

**Qualifications**
