Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for customer service, menu development and technical specifications, quality and people management, and organizing events. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for food quality and safety **FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY WITH INTEGRAL ALIMENTAÇÃO COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS.** **Position: Restaurant Manager \- Salary: Please state your salary expectation.** **Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, Monday through Friday** **Working Hours: Day shift (to be defined), but this is a daytime position.** **Techfood system experience preferred.** **Responsibilities:** **\* Provide customer service;** **\* Develop menus;** **\* Prepare technical specifications;** **\* Draft Good Manufacturing Practices manuals, SOPs, spreadsheets, and controls;** **\* Maintain updated quality controls to ensure food safety and quality;** **\* Conduct needs assessments for procurement;** **\* Manage personnel;** **\* Organize and supervise small-scale events (when required).** **\* Deliver competency-based training.** **Requirements:** **\* Education or currently pursuing a Technical Nutrition degree;** **\* Registration with the regulatory body (Regional Nutrition Council \- CRN);** **\* Relevant work experience.** **Location: R.
