* If you seek professional growth, new challenges, and recognition, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control production quantity according to the specific OP and MIP; * Perform adjustments and corrections on extruder and lathe machines; * Carry out all types of changeovers on extruder and lathe machines; * Produce samples for development; * Assist in rework; * Conduct self-inspection and perform lubrication; * Perform disc tumbling according to procedure; * Supply machines with required consumables for operation; * Conduct tests and measurements based on MIPs; * Know and perform self-inspection on all machines within your area; * Execute activities specified in open service orders; * Perform low-complexity maintenance (e.g., replacing pins, screws, nozzles, belts, bearings, air and oil leaks); * Record problems identified on machines and equipment in the designated control system (flip chart); * Complete production tracking and incident reports; * Know, operate, and prepare (all changeovers) two different machines within your area; * Assist new employees; * Understand your area and suggest and/or implement improvements; * Approve the production line within established parameters; * Meet production and scrap targets; * Understand obligations, rights, and responsibilities regarding Occupational Safety; * Know all safety and operational sensors and keep them in perfect working condition; * Contact support areas when necessary; * Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation following 5S principles; * Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities in your area; * Perform other related and inherent duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability for shift work. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefits; * University partnership program; * Dental and ophthalmological loans; * Childcare allowance; * Maternity leave (180 days); * Wedding gift; * Baby layette; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Transportation allowance; * Commuter bus; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
